karldenton Posted March 28, 2011 Posted March 28, 2011 Hi, I am looking for an extension for Joomla 1.5 that basically allows a user to input some data from drop down boxes and the end form gets email off. It needs to have a field for Name, then the rest can be drop down boxes that I type in the values for. Anyone recommend anything THanks
