[sims] RM Secure Net Plus - drive issue

Apologies if this is nor SIMS but I have a question arising from my SBM using SIMS. She is trying to download to her SIMS drive with RM Secure Net Plus and getting a message 'system cannot locate output folder (gives G: drive and folder path - which does exist) for shared services in this case payroll...'

 

RM suggest this is a Local Authority issue - anyone else encountered this if so what's the answer to sorting it please.

I had an issue with RM SecureNet a while back. I could not set Securenet up for domain users on the Exams workstation and the Exams entry Officer did not want to logon to the machine locally.

 

To resolve these two conflicting interests I installed SecureNet on a virtual machine [although the workstation was on the domain I was able to block network policies and also allow the Exams Officer more freedom on the virtual machine]

 

It works a treat and it might work for you too?

It's the Business Managers workstation and secure net was working ok before.
