Network Inkjet with scanner

Any recomendations ?

 

For the art department

 

Needs to have ethernet .

Needs to be Inkjet.

 

Also needs to be able to scan Via the network interface as well .

 

Would prefer cheap as possible . But will pay higher if the Ink is cheaper
