Full Driver DVD

I read somewhere on another site (and maybe a youtube video) that there are driver DVD's avaliable on the internet with all the major drivers on them. I cant seem to find them again anywhere.

Has anyone else got a link to them ?

I've never heard of this, and frankly wouldn't trust one if it did exist. Manufacturers typically prohibit redistribution of their drivers except through their own official channels, so anyone making such a disk would be on shaky ground legally, at which point you have to question what other legalities they might be willing to skirt.

 

Besides, it would be out of date almost the moment it was compiled.

They're probably talking about News | DriverPacks.net. We use them as the drivers of last resort for our SCCM deployments, when the standard Dell/HP drivers have all been tried based on model number. Works quite well for the few random machines we still have kicking about!

I have a RIS image with almost every driver ever made (bar WIFI). Make imaging peoples laptops etc a breeze
