Cannot connect to my W7 desktop anymore

Has anyone else ever had a problem connecting to their W7 desktop?I cannot RDP, browse or ping to it. I have disabled the firewall and the network discovery setting are all ok. I've been through the network device and can't see any reaon why the outside world cannot look in.The only thing that I had an issue with was I was using Virtuabox with 2 NIC's but I removed that.I am stumped where it could be blocked, I've even removed the AV but its still not allowing me to RDP in or even ping.

I worked it out, even though the Firewall service was disabled it was still blocking traffic. I disabled the service because it was set via GP so couldn't just disable the firewall.

 

Enabling the FW and then adding the program exceptions worked.
