Devizes Room Booking System - changing the order of Periods

Does anybody know if you can change the order of periods in this system. I have been asked to add in 3 new periods Before School, Lunch and After school, but when I do this it puts them all at the end of the list. Is there any way round this? Thanks

Unless things have changed (we have the 2003-2007 3.5.3 version) just log in as admin, then select set up, then initial set up and set up periods. once you are in there you can change name of each period and add new ones as required - probably help to write it all out on paper first and delete all existing periods and start again from the first period of the day.
