Gatt Posted February 24, 2011 Author Posted February 24, 2011 I think we're getting SCCM and SCSM Confused: SCCM - System Center Configuration Manager - If you get this working it is fantastc - Software Distribution, OS Deployment, Software Update Management, Asset Intellegence, etc.. It is a big task to get it working, but worth the effort... SCSM - System Center Service manager - which is what I am referin to in this post, appears to be some sort of Helpdesk, Change Management, tool. It links in with AD and SCCM but as yet I can find no real use for it TBH...
