rocknrollstar Posted February 16, 2011 Posted February 16, 2011 Hi, We initially decided not to renew our Ruckus support, thinking that if it was running ok, then we'd be fine. Recently we've had a few issues with our wireless network. Would renewing our support and getting the latest updates for the firmware help to fix our problems? Jist of the problems are that connections are inconsistent. Sometimes connections drop, or fail to connect, although sometimes they are fine. Any ideas? Thanks.
