profit10 Posted February 16, 2011 Posted February 16, 2011 Hi, I've created a package for quicktime following the blueprint from RM, including the applications settings package. I've allocated this and it works apart from one room where I get the following message: This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem. I have tried reallocating it but this doesn't work. I cant see any differences from this room to the others so really not sure whats going on. Any help would be much appreciated, Thanks.
clareq Posted February 16, 2011 Posted February 16, 2011 Does that room have a unique package that no other room has? If so, is an older version of quicktime inadvertantly included in that package?
