Parental Log in to view report data

Good morning lovely peeps,

 

We have just had a company in to set up a very basic on line reporting system for our girls. At the moment it pulls attendance info, based on the girls LDAP credentials. Now our stumbling block is trying to think of a way to incorporate parental log ins. Now with over 1,200 girls at school manual account creation is out the picture and struggling to come up with a good way to bulk produce parental logins and to get them to reference their childs data?
