restricting amount of users to send to in exchange

Is there a way I can restrict the number of users that students can send an email to. Just had a little daring send a message to every person on the list that was very unpleasant.

 

We have exchange 2003 on a CC3 network

you set the global recipient limits under Exchange System Manager > Global Settings > message delivery (properties) > Defaults > change recipient limits....

alternatively you can do this on individual user accounts under Exchange General > Delivery options
