Ruckus - Adding Access Points

Currently we have, doing sterling service, 1x Zone director 1000 and 6x zf2942 access points.

 

I want to add another 3 APs - can I just buy them and plug them in?

 

Edit: Quotes from suppliers are welcome but we won't be in a position to buy until April (and the way things are going......)

Depends how many access points your zone director is licensed for - they are normally 6, 12 ... you can buy a license upgrade though if needed.

Looks like I'll have to add a licence upgrade to the shopping list too then

Your current license is [6 AP Management], which supports 6 APs and 1250 clients.
