[ms office - 2007] Office 2007, ms word issues with users printing

Im Having an issue with users at my school being able to print from ms word 2007.

it says it printing/printed but nothing has printed.

ive tryed the following

 

unistalling/re-installing office

deleteing the users profile off the machine

deleting the printer/ re-adding the printer

 

none of these have worked, has anyone else had the same problem and over come this?

 

any advice would be greatly appreciated
