PB iMedia UTOW-D10 turns itself off

I have a UTOW-D10 which turns on fine, but then turns itself off after a minute or two.

 

It does this whether it's in Windows, or BIOS (I've taken the drive out and went to BIOS, same result). I've given it a good spray out but it was already pretty dust free.

 

It doesn't beep or anything, just straight power off.

 

Just wondering if anyone has encountered this before. I will probably try re-seating the CPU & Fan then trying a different PSU. Not many options in the BIOS to change much.

 

The specs are 2Ghz Celeron, 1GB RAM, SATA HDD running Vista. BIOS is v02.61 American Megatrends.

Also, according to the BIOS...

 

CPU Temp: 73F

System Temp: 78F

CPU FAN 1600RPM
