Hi Everyone,

I'm a teacher looking at creating a piece of assessment software for primary schools. Obviously to do this it will need to use certain levelling criterias such as APP, National Curriculum or even Ros Wilson's writing criteria. Does anyone know if there are any copyright issues about including these in a piece of software I essentially aim to sell in the end?

Don't rely entirely on this advice, I'm not qualified to give you an authoratative answer:

I've no idea what APP is, but if it's anything to do with a private company you should contact them, same apples for Ros Wilson's stuff.

National Curriculum stuff, I'd imagine you are safe with, though there may be certain criteria you have to meet to be able to say your software meets the requirements.
