Sophos Anti Virus 7, EM Library And Sophos Control Centre Going End Of Life Soon

I remember that last time Sophos Console started sending messages like this to the workstations I was inundated with calls from 'helpful' end users telling me about this message.

 

Wouldn't it be more useful to have this going to the servers by default only and to the workstations as an option?

I was thinking of going to Sophos from Symantec...is this something I should be worried about with Sophos?
