Epson Aculaser C9100 A3 Printer

We've got one of these printers and it's been running great. However, we now have a couple of issues:

 

1. It is reporting that the Waste Toner Collector is full (it's not and it's been replaced a short while back) - is there a way of resetting the count on it?

 

2. We get a JAM B reported if printing from the lower tray, but we don't have a SERVICE manual to identify which part to replace (it would cost £600-£1000 for a full maintenance kit).

 

Can anyone help?

I havent got a solution but i have a waste toner bottle you can have for free if you want. Its brand new. If you send some postage i can send it off.

In this place I'd have to pay for it myself and i'd be lucky to get any money back.

I'm hoping not to have to order a replacement waste toner collector - i'm sure there must be a way to reset the counter or something

Your only in Blackburn i see. If your in the Rochdale area you can collect it any time.
