penfold Posted January 24, 2011 Posted January 24, 2011 Cant remember which model it was we used to the same problem with, but I ended up using something called "rubber roller restorer". Basically it was a spray which you used with a cloth to clean the rollor which moved the paper through. Over time, they had become too smooth to track the paper and wouldn't be able to pull the paper through. If it is using rollers to pull the paper try cleaning/buffing them?
