Windows 7 help?

Having a number of issues on my network atm - not sure if they are related or not but:

 

When user logs on all thier folders redirect to \\SAN\%USERNAME%\Documents etc but in the libraries folder there are two locations: C:\Users\Public\Documents (How can i remove this?)

 

On a number of machines the files will randomly go offline during the day but a restart will then fix this issue

 

once a day a couple fo people will tell me that they ahve received the IP is already in use error and reboot their machines

 

Any suggestions on what to check?
