Joomla - full page "advert" al la expertsexchange

Does anyone know of a plugin which when enabled puts a "advert" infront of the webpage, like expertsexchange does to blank out the answers?

 

 

The idea being when we are shut because of snow/gas leek/etc thats the 1st thing you will see and will not be able to get past it until you click confirm.

Cheers, but the idea is that anyone can enable the module (with access of course), teachers and all :shudder: hense why I would prefer a proper module. If all else fails I'll have to make my own module.
