[ms office - 2003] WEIRD: Office 2003 problems

Hi all,

 

I am having some problems with Microsoft Office 2003. I have just found out that both problems are linked. The office.microsoft.com website causes me problems with Clipart and the Help files within office. I log into the Internet to make sure it can connect to online content, and the web page wont load up properly, it has tons of script errors and while that happens clipart and help files dont work, but if i keep refreshing the web page it then loads the web page properly and all the clipart and help files work fine.

 

Why would the page not just load correctly the first time? Iv got all latest updates, sp3, java, flash shockwave etc.. just incase it was that, but its really causing a problem in the classroom for the kids.
