Anyone got any suggestions for business strategy simulations ? I'm teaching HND (Level 5) Business Strategy next term and thought it might be a fun thing to run for the students (adults).

There's a lot of US stuff when I Google but I was really looking for a recommendation.

Our Business Studies Department uses TeddyTronic. It is 'The Story of a Soft Toy Firm' However this may not be suitable for your needs? [You mention HND]

Teddytronic is adaptable for use in a wide range of contexts including:

  • Economic and business awareness courses (from the age of 13 to adult)
  • GCSE courses in business and economics
  • GCE A/AS level courses in business and economics
  • GNVQ, BTEC and other vocational qualifications
  • As a team building experience in management education

Thanks for that. Yes, probably suitable for about Level 3 but not in-depth enough for second year HND at Level 5

We have a copy of SimVenture here which isn't too bad from when I've played with it and our Sixth Form seem to like it for their Business Studies course - not sure on the suitability for what you want though? I also need to clarify whether they are going to force me to take out a support contract to reactivate the licence server on a different machine or not. Edited by Cache
