Tarsia 3.9

I have installed some software called Formulator Tarsia and on some computers the software will not load, the error message "This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem."

 

I have reinstalled the software and it still doesn't work. It works on other computers though. I'm assuming that there could be something installed on the computer causing a conflict or something that is not installed on the computer therefore the software cannot work without this.

 

Can anyone help?
