Do not send an email with the press distribution email address in the CC asking all the contacts to reply with updated details put the press distribution in BCC. As people tend to hit reply all and then send the details to all people on the press distribution list.

 

Cue 68+ emails later and some journalists from certain segments of F1 press getting very annoyed
