DNS LDAP query

We've been having a bit of a problem with slow logins etc (2003 & XP clients) .

 

Looking at the DNS this moring I noticed that in

 

Forward Lookup Zone

.local

tcp

 

there were several _ldap SRV records for client PCs rather than the servers. I guess this is wrong - so I have got rid of them - can anyone suggest how they got there and confirm that I was right to delete them?

KB825675 maybe? Deletion was right.
