Third Party Support Company

Can anyone recommend a third party Apple support company? Got some major issues here, and my Mac knowledge is extremely limited!!

We have a contract with Toucan

I've got a meeting with ::::: WESTERN COMPUTER ::::: on Monday as they are a localish company. Hopefully sort out our issues!!

I second the Toucan reccomendation. They really are very good people, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

 

I also rate Solutions Inc if you're down Brighton way, who are also very good.
