Jumper Posted November 18, 2010 Posted November 18, 2010 Hi Guys, we are experiencing a problem with solid works 2008. We have it installed on 16 windows xp machines and has been working fine on all of them for a couple of months. 2 of these machines have just stopped loading solidworks, the splash screen loads and then nothing. If I look at the processes running it has a solidworks licencing process running, these machines are a stand alone install so have no networking licensing. any ideas ?? Thanks in advance.
maark Posted November 18, 2010 Posted November 18, 2010 It is usually just licensed for a year for education then you need to get the new version - our network version stopped working and we got 2010 version but guess it may be the same for stand-alone.
maark Posted November 18, 2010 Posted November 18, 2010 If it was through techsoft then support is pretty good.
