Synetrix reports Webhosting is OK, yet I'm getting the default plesk page FTP's down and I can't log into plesk

Anyone else lost their site? me thinks plesk has been upgraded?

They are carrying out upgrades to Plesk, yes. You should have got a letter about this?

This work was scheduled outside of school hours though so it should be working now.

 

I have tested your site and it looks to me like they haven't transferred the files over.

Interesting as it didn't arrive here until after it had happened. Fortunately I read it elsewhere.

 

Do you have a backup of your site? If so, just get them to reset the passwords and upload everything again.

Yes, Plesk was upgraded and yes, there was a delay getting letters out so half-term was a problem. There is more work due too but that will mainly affect Northants and Derbyshire folk. I'll try and put a full plan (or a copy of the letter) up here later in the week when in the office.
