Why do you want the feedback?

 

Will probably have an influence over what people say. Are you looking for information on a particular area such as design, technical, accessibility, etc?

guess reason; knowing smt, they like the above site and want to make their site like this, but make it pop....

Don't like the fact that the front page doesn't match rest of site design - looks like its just a launch page for the real site.

 

In the real site

Don't like the additional variable height "menu "boxes obscuring parts of the top picture.

 

Apart from that - its seems quite functional and info is easy to find

Thanks trolley01 I should have been more specific in my original request! With much help from fellow Edugeekers I have built a Joomla site for one of my schools but await content imput from the SMT before making it live.

 

On a further request for content recently HT at the school sent me a message asking if I had seen the new site of Springfields - looking at it sparked my curiosity as to what platform it was on , who built it etc as I havent seen one like it before.

Further on this - Am I right in thinking that this site is Designed, Built and Managed by Quicksilva – if so, has anyone any idea what that would cost?

Yes I would say that the site was designed and built by QuickSilva. I wouldn't like to say how much it cost, but probably wasn't cheap

Looking around it further I see that Oakford Technology provide the Parent Portal Oakford seem to be making a lot of progress into school ICT nowadays.
