Number6 Posted November 6, 2010 Posted November 6, 2010 64Gb 3G with Otterbox Defender case and an Incipio linen case. Two months old and as new. Cost nearly £800 all told. £650
FN-GM Posted November 6, 2010 Posted November 6, 2010 very tempted. What condition is it in? Why are you getting rid of it please?
Number6 Posted November 6, 2010 Author Posted November 6, 2010 It's as new. I'm very protective of and careful with my gadgets It doesn't suit my needs, I've decided. Its a lovely device, just not for me.
Number6 Posted November 6, 2010 Author Posted November 6, 2010 Otterbox Defender case: http://ak2.ostkcdn.com/images/products/69/146/L13092596.jpg Gives a rugged look and feel to the device and acts as an angled stand. Also has a screen protector.
Number6 Posted November 6, 2010 Author Posted November 6, 2010 This is the Incipio Kickstand case that I'm also including in the sale. KICKSTAND Nylon Case for Apple iPad - Khaki/Tan
Number6 Posted November 7, 2010 Author Posted November 7, 2010 I have a potential buyer for the Otterbox case so, if you're interested, £600 ono for the iPad + Incipio Kickstand case. I'll hang into the otterbox for a short while just in case anyone here wants the whole caboodle.
Number6 Posted November 10, 2010 Author Posted November 10, 2010 Not a lot of interest then.... I'm surprised, but there we are. Make me an offer if anyone wants it, any sensible offer considered. I've decided to keep the Otterbox case so make me an offer for the iPad + the Incipio Kickstand.
webman Posted November 10, 2010 Posted November 10, 2010 What did you expect? It's the most expensive one, and is £699 new (with a generous 90 days of support!).
Number6 Posted November 10, 2010 Author Posted November 10, 2010 What did you expect? It's the most expensive one, and is £699 new (with a generous 90 days of support!). Well, I'm including two cases that cost £90, so a £789 package, two months old and in as-new condition with all the original packaging for £650 is not that bad a deal. And I've just said that I'm open to sensible offers so £650 is not set in stone. It has to be sold so best offer wins, so long as it's half-way sensible. The inane posts making stupid offers were uncalled for.

Number6 Posted November 10, 2010 Author Posted November 10, 2010 £400 for just the iPad only? I'll add you to the reserve list :-) In all seriousness that's just over half the new price, and yes, I know you can get an iPad for £499 but that's for 16Gb and WiFi only. Mine is 64Gb, WiFi and 3G, £699 new. I can guarantee getting £500 or more on Ebay but I'm just trying to avoid the hassle of that route.
FN-GM Posted November 10, 2010 Posted November 10, 2010 I can guarantee getting £500 or more on Ebay but I'm just trying to avoid the hassle of that route. Also eBay and paypal fees you have to pay
Number6 Posted November 10, 2010 Author Posted November 10, 2010 Also eBay and paypal fees you have to pay Yes, I know, but I reckon I can clear at least £500 after fees and charges + I can probably charge £30 carriage on Ebay even though I know it only costs £10 If I recover less than £500 clear then it really isn't worth me selling, too high a loss to stomach.
featured_spectre Posted November 19, 2010 Posted November 19, 2010 I am interested in seeing a picture of the full kit if you have it still.
Number6 Posted November 20, 2010 Author Posted November 20, 2010 How did you get on? Still have it. I can't be bothered to put it on Ebay right now, been off work with a busted back all week and wasn't inclined.
Number6 Posted November 20, 2010 Author Posted November 20, 2010 I am interested in seeing a picture of the full kit if you have it still. No problem. Can you PM me with an email address and I'll send you some.
featured_spectre Posted November 20, 2010 Posted November 20, 2010 Can you post it up on here at all?
Number6 Posted November 20, 2010 Author Posted November 20, 2010 Can you post it up on here at all? I don't know, I guess so. I'll take some tomorrow and see about learning how to upload a pic on here.
Number6 Posted November 21, 2010 Author Posted November 21, 2010 Pictures as requested. I haven't taken the iPad out of the Otterbox because it's a fairly involved job. If you're serious and really want to see it dismantled then I'll do it.
featured_spectre Posted November 21, 2010 Posted November 21, 2010 looks good. I will get on my finance dept first thing in the morning
Number6 Posted November 26, 2010 Author Posted November 26, 2010 OK, Apple is having a sale then so shall I. £575 all in (iPad + Otterbox case + Incipio case) + carriage (probably £10 or so). It's been upgraded to iOS4.2
