6Foot2 Posted November 5, 2010 Posted November 5, 2010 Link: iCore Virtual Accounts(formerly iCore Computer 3-in-1) is a Windows OS-level (Container-based) virtualization for sandboxing. iCore Virtual Accounts is a free software that creates isolated virtualized user accounts on your Windows PC within which other programs can run. These virtual accounts can be used as a sandbox program for safer browsing and installing and testing of new software. I haven't tested this yet but I like the idea! http://gyazo.com/5c2411e0bfeb79cc2f6036f50ce09246.png The technology: Link: iCore Virtualization Technology. A little bit about virtualization of a file system, process, registry... I will be giving it a go as soon as I can. I can see a use for it here straight away: If it works the way I expect it to I can use it to protect the OS on my MOS stations.
