Windows 7 audio break up on video playback

Got a process (Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation) in Win 7 that creeps up memory allocation and can cause audio to stutter - it's audiodg.exe and seems to be related to DSP regarding 'Audio enhancements'

 

Just one to watch out for e.g. with iTunes etc.:

That smells more of a sound card driver issue rather then windows at fault. Glad disabling fixes it but I would hope the sound card driver would be fixed at some point.

It certainly does sound like a driver issue - everything looks tickety boo wrt drivers, but fingers crossed for an updated one.
