Cheap DDR PC3200 anywhere?

[googlemad]

Anyone know where some 512mb / 1gb sticks of PC3200 DDR are going cheap?

Paying over £30 a 1gb stick is pointless when the machines will eventually be replaced anyway! (Could get twice the amount of DDR2 sticks for the same price! )
