does anyone know of anything that can be used for parents to book online parent evening appointments

How about using mrbs and then instead of room uses teachers name. You could then edit the mrbs lang files to replace reference to rooms with teachers etc.

We use Parent Teacher On-Line

 

Obviously an Australian company but as everything is online it doesn't really matter. Brilliant interface, good support, really easy to administer, not expensive. This company has really captured he market here with seemingly everyone using it.
