Moodle Marking Block

Hi

I am having some strange problems with marking and assignments and the Marking block developed by Bruno Vernier.

I have loaded the block and it shows all the marking it says I have to do. I do it!! but the numnber of unmarked assignments stays the same. The marking of work via assignments in the course shows that I have nothing left to do but the marking block insists that I do

I am running the latest build of Moodle 1.9

I have no experience of this so am only hasarding a guess but could this be to do with the cron? try going in as admin and manually running the cron job http://www.yoursite.com/admin/cron.php and see if it updates it?

Thanks for that. I ran the cron job from the notifications page and it made no difference at all. I am really struggling with this as the marking continues to build up but as I mark it it does not seem to diminish
