SIMS detach error

anyone seen the attached message and able to give me any guidance on how to get round this?

 

System is a WIndows server 2003

SQL 2008 (Express).

Have tried to restart the services with no avail.

Have you gone onto the server management and checked to see if there are any locked sessions?

 

close all sessions and open files on the server then try again.
