Joomla Frontend editing problem

I've knocked up this site for a colleague's husband and if he edits the where and when pages with the embedded google maps, the embedded map code disappears when he saves.

 

If I edit in the backend - its fine.

 

He uses the main admin logon (as I do) with JoomlaFCK (an old version that works for me - I find the new ones dont!).

 

I can't find anything anywhere that has any settings to differentiate between front and backend editing but I have this feeling that years ago I had an issue once and there's something somewhere that uses whitelist/blacklist terminology but I can't find it again (and it might not be that anyway!)

 

Anyone able to give me a clue where to look?

Found it myself

 

Article Manger - Parameters - Filtering Options (set to Registered and tick Blacklist)

 

No idea what it means (I think there is a double negative logic in these settings) - but it works
