After cancelation of your membership you will no longer be able to use the full services. You will still be able to use the basic functionalities of the Activity Monitor. You will have limited access to the website to see your most recent activity scores

I would say biggest difference is access to coach which to me is a major plus. Plus few other things different about it.

 

As said coach is really the major plus point for this.
