How to Apply License to SIMS- Tempest Photographs

I am trying to apply License to SIMS for Tempest Photographs.

Just to confirm : Is it to be applied using DBupgrade.

No. It is used when running a bulk photo import. So, when you have all the photos, the import tool asks for the license file.

oh Thank you so much, so I need not apply License seperately, I can supply it at the time of importing using Batch photo Import, if I am right.

Yes that's right. It's just a file. When you run the import you browse to the location of the file and it allows you to continue. You have to do it each time, it's not like you 'apply' it to the system for the year or anything like that.
