VMWARE SERVER

Im not sure where to put this topic really... if its in the wrong place hopefully admin will place it in the right place.

 

Ive basically just started using VMWare server to test out some configuration.

 

How do i get fine say located on my USB drive into my VM Session... ive tried drag and drop and copy and paste and its not having any of that.... also tried copying it over to XP and then into the session, still no luck

 

Can anyone help me out on this one.....

edit virtual machine settings, under hardware select add, add a usb controller.

Ive had a look there, and both the add and remove buttons on the Virtural Machine Settings are grayed out

sorry ive got it working now, i didnt realise that the session had to be switched off before i could change the settings!
