Sending SMS from Facility (what client?)

Please can anyone recommend a reliable and cost effective third party SMS client that we can send our Facility sms messages through

There's a post on the Serco forums (which you can request access to from Serco) listing lots of providers that various schools are using. A quick check indicates that the most popular solutions are Groupcall and Truancy Call.
