Sharing option missing - Server 2003 64bit

Hi All.

 

Our 64bit Server 2003 that hosts VMWare virtual servers, is loosing its shares every 5 minutes. A reboot seems to fix the problem for a short period but this isn't helpful when our Print Server lives on this physical.

 

We are convinced it is a service that is either stopping or not working properly but are unsure which could be causing the problem.

 

Wonder if anyone can shed any light on this issue?

Have a look at the server service and see what that's doing, also event log good place to start
