Problems with package installs

Hi Guys,

 

Still running an xpsp2 RM CC3 network and over the summer, we started to roll out IE8 and SP3 to the site. When rebuilding machines, the RM package control took a wee bit of an "eppy" and we were continually manually restarting machines run installrm etc to every machine (so far we only tested this out on one classroom taking a day and a half to build it!)

 

I am looking at the package install sequence or maybe a hotfix which is knocking it silly, but nothing is jumping out at me?

 

Is there anyone else suffered this issue that could help me rectify? Maybe letting me know of your sequence of packages pushed out at main site etc?
