Mac sharing calendar

Hi Folks

 

I know it can be done in mobileme but is there a quick and easy(free) way of sharing a calendar on a mac with a pc which are both on the same domain and using exchange2007?

Is there a version of Google Calendar Sync for Mac? That works well with Outlook - just syncs the calendar with a Google calendar and keeps it in sync at the intervals you specify.
