I have a powerpoint file which I can open as read only and it has a password onto modify it, can anyone assist in pointing me into the direction to some where where I can remove the password, I want to be able to copy something from the powerpoint file and use.

If you are running Office 2007 have a look here Basically it is:

1.Click the Microsoft Office Button , point to Prepare, and then click Encrypt Document.

3.In the Encrypt Document dialog box, in the Password box, delete the encrypted password, (leave the field blank) and then click OK.

4.Save the presentation.
