Hi,

Hope someone can help. I need to connect two machines together, and ideas?

I used to use virtual PC, but vmware seems to be miles better.

You are right, wmware is better. Download the workstation from here []VMware Workstation 7.0 and create the two virtual machines that you need.

If you want to connect them to a separeate virtual network from your PC, on the Network Adapter properties of each virtual machine specifie the virtual network tht you want them to belong. You can create virtual networks using the Virtual Network Editor program.

If you want to connect them to your PC, set them toe "Bridged" and ensure you got the "VMWare Bridge Protocol" ticked under the network properties of your network card
