Using mozilla.cfg to overwrite bookmarks?

Can anyone help with this? Since FF has gone to the .sqlite format, I can't seem to find the context and setup for locked stations to pull a common directory.

 

I can copy over an bookmark.html file to the local machine with a login script, but then how do I import that over the existing set? Using 3.6.8
