[wanted] DDR PC2100 266MZ 184 pin

Hi all, seeing how its the summertime and people are ditching some old hardware, I'm after the ram named in the post title, I've got loads of 256mb of the same type but need 512mb sticks in order to upgrade some old machines to 1 gb (they only have 2 slots). Anyone got any that they could sell to me.

Does it definitely have to be PC2100? Most machines will accept faster RAM and underclock it so long as it's the same type (i.e. DDR not DDR2).
