MSSQL2008 scheduled task backup

Hi All,

 

Can someone explain how to do a scheduled backup of SQL2008 databases please.

I can create a backup file using the management studio, which my backup scripts pick up off the server. I don't know how to make a scheduled task of the 2008 management studio.
