HP DL385 G7 - Broadcom NIC Teaming

I'm trying to team the network cards in my DL385 G7 any advice?

 

Its a vanilla install of Server 2008 R2 - NO HP stuff installed - i have installed the Broadcom drivers straight from their site.

 

There are 4x Broadcom BCM5709C NetXtreme II GigE cards - i want to team them into two teams.

Found it... downloading the broadcom management suite sorted it
